David has broad experience within HR, including Business Partnering, Organisation Design & Development, Reward and Resourcing. He has led teams up to 150 people and large, multi-function change programmes. Experience includes the implementation of HR operating models and processes that deliver both improved customer service and cost reduction.
He has worked within hi-tech engineering, local government, insurance, global broking and consulting sectors and has operated at director level at Norwich Union and Marsh McLellan.
Current interests include the design of development solutions which enable organisations to thrive in recession.
